For Medical Massages Please Note:

As all Medical Massages are Medically-Directed, you will need a referral from your Primary Care Provider to begin.

Allow for 90 minutes to include assessment and testing.

Full payment is due at time of service.

You will be provided with a "Superbill". You send this form into your insurance company for reimbursement.

Please allow for 48 hours to either reschedule or cancel your scheduled appointment in order to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
